Testing This Friday

Testing will be held this Friday, December 4th at 6:00 pm. Children who are ready for testing should have already received thier permission to promote forms. They should be completed and returned by Thursday.

HALF-DAY

Tomorrow is a half day for Grace Academy and Marysville public schools. As a part of our after school program we will be picking-up.

TESTING

Testing will be held next Friday, December 4th at 6:00 pm. Children who are ready for testing will be receiving their Permission to Promote forms this week and next. They should be completed and returned at least one day prior to testing.

We are in the process of creating a business directory for the members of our school.

The directory will be available at the school and on our website www.KungFu4Kids.com.

FOOD DRIVE

In a continued effort to give back to our community we are asking all of you to bring in some non-perishable food items to help those less fortunate.


All donations can be left on the back counter in the training hall.

FRONT OFFICE

As part of our plan to improve the instruction our students will receive, the times that I will be available in the front office are changing a bit.


Starting next week I will be spending more time in the class room. I will only be in the front office for the first and last ten minutes of each class. The rest of the time I plan to spend on the classroom floor.

I will be putting up a sign to remind everyone of this, along with a payment drop-box and a signup sheet for anyone that needs to schedule an appointment to speak with me. An appointment will only be necessary if your questions or concerns will take more than a couple minutes to address.

As always, member service is one of our top concerns. Please remember you can always call or email us with any question, needs or concerns you may have.

TESTING

So that we may spend more time teaching, testing will no longer be done during class time. Instead, group testing will be held the first Friday of every month at 6:00 pm. Students, families and friends will have a chance to come together and share in the testing experience together.


On occasion we will also be having special events, such as Movies Night and Parent’s Night Out, after testing concludes.

The first group test will be held Friday, December 4th. As usual, children ready for testing will receive a yellow ‘Permission to Promote’ form that should be complete and returned at least one day before testing. If ever you are unable to attend a group test let us know and we can schedule a make-up test.
